Boost flux 2002 wrx
So I upgraded to stage 2 and tuned with a cobb accessport, but now I am getting boost fluctuation back and forth from 10-14 psi. I replaced the bcs with a friends and it didn't change. Replace the boost control lines and made sure the pill was there, no change.
So I'm down to either the wastegate actuator arm isn't adjusted correctly, but I dont know if that would even cause fluctuation. I always heard it would cause boost creep.
Any ideas?

13.5 or 14.5 I can't remember which. Not really, the boost never did this before so I never though about it. I do know that when I watch the wastegate duty cycle it fluctuates with the boost, so it seems like the computer is actually making it do that. Unless I'm mistaken and that's not how it works and something mechanical can change the duty cycle. At full throttle it bounces from about 55% down to 35%. I did tighten the actuator arm awhile back before I could get full boost so I'm thinking that could be it. But I don't know if it would be a good idea to adjust it further.
Cobbs stage two map is suppose to be 16 psi target.
