Default 155bhp impreza?!

Just done a car check on my mates impreza nothing seems to check out it said the car standard was 155bhp and it's saying its a turbo 2000 which was registerd in 1996 but we think it's an import Japanese writing everywhere and I'm sure subaru didn't do a 155bhp turbo surely ?!

Is it a saloon?
If yes, does it have a rear wiper? No = UK car. Or No = Type RA = Jap Import.
What side are the indicators on?
Does it have a clip for a flare in the passenger footwell below the glove box on the left?
Does it have Japanese writing on any of the sun visors?

isn't the aerial on the passenger rear quarter rather than on the drivers side A pillar a big give away to a import?

Nope. Have a look at the Type RA website Timeline pages. It as various Impreza models with A pillar and rear quarter mounted aerials.

Applied Model Number of the vin plate on top of the passenger strut under the bonnet will tell you what it is
