Start giving more power! :D
Hi,
I have a Impreza GC8 1997 2.0 Turbo 211bhp. The only modifications I have is bigger rims, upgraded suspension, 3" exhaust and turbo pressure regulator. I think the car runs fine but now I want a bit more power. I was thinking in a bigger turbo, what do you think?
Regards.

Depending on how much power you want, A decent tune could help out a bit. If you want more than that. Fuel pump, injectors and turbo would prob be the next step.

Your best route...
Walbro fuel pump.
Sports cat downpipe (or de-cat downpipe if you have a friendly mot garage).
Decent cat back exhaust system.
Uprated panel filter
Newage WRX top mount intercooler.
Remap using ESL daughter board.
New spark plugs, oil and filter service.
Remember brakes are just as important.
Oh, and remove the manual boost control. It'll do more damage than good.

ESL is Enduring Solutions, Is a company which wells a "computer board" which fits in your standard ECU, and allows the everything to be tuned and remapped via USB. Boost, Ignition, Fuel etc.

I don't know that possibility.
I'm going to Google this company.
I found this:
http://www.enduringsolutions.com/
Dmacnz, do you know if they send the board already with a remap or I have to buy the board first and than I have to remap the ECU in other Company / ECU Tunner?

You will need to get it mapped by a pro to get the best results.
If you send esl a email they are super helpful.

Thanks Mate, I already do that. Let's see.
About the air filter do you think the KN is a good choice or can I bought a better filter without spending a lot more money than the KN price?
