Default Upping BHP on PPP

Would like to get it to 350-370 somewhere around there, but the only thing i dont really want to do is remove the Prodrive sports cat.

What sort of components do i need? Obviously i know i need a decent remap, was thinking about contacting Andy Carr.

Hawk injectors, k+n typhoon induction kit, bigger turbo, ported headers should see that power

You will achieve 350 on the standard turbo & injectors, what is advised is an upgraded fuel pump, sports cat/ decat exhaust and a remap. Any more you would need a bigger turbo and on the safe side bigger injectors. However, for an 20bhp extra is it really worth it (from 350 to 370)? If 350 isn't enough then when you upgrade your turbo & injectors you may aswell go for 400hp (unless you upgrade to a vf43/48 as they should handle 370hp easily).

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Subaru Collector 555.

Yeah i think 350 is more realistic tbh.

I have the prodrive sports cat on at the moment so all i would need to do then is change the pump and get the car mapped. Happy days :-)

I heard that they will make 390hp max but have an issue with cracking, could be wrong though.

If you do find that you are not getting 350, then you may want to swap it with something less restrictive

Yeah, it would be an option but i didnt really want the cat to come off, car is loud enough as is, and its a pain when it comes to MOT time....
