Ok pal thanks for the info wanted to do an oil change today anywhere my local suppliers might do and what grades is recommended mileage is 80.000 miles also what type of anti freeze is good for winter and also good for when running hot I was told to use coolant as these tend to run hot and absorb the water which I did have happen to me on a track event once any info would be appreciate thanks

Its rare to find motor sport oils like millers or Fuchs at Halfords or Motor factors. I'm running mine on Millers nano drive 10/50.
If you aint that fussy Fully synthetic 10w40 will do for everyday use.
Antifreeze types leads to long discussion...... Very basic rule of thumb is don't mix different types of antifreeze. Antifreeze and water = coolant or do you mean ready mixed? Again different brands, colours, flavours shouldn't be mixed.
Engine absorbing water? Porous castings?
