Default coolant leak?

took scoob out and when i got back there was coolant coming out of header tank cap, temp was normal as on both standard guage and my own guage so not overheating, is my cap faulty? i waited to cool down,re-started,seems ok though not taken out since?

Get a garage to do a sniff test to see if the head gaskets are ok.

yep,i back filled through turbo pipe, like i said its been running fine for 3-4 weeks. also what is the tube on right near batt for,it says coolant on top of lid, only ask as surely if its linked to coolant its would be linked to header yet water in there is clear though my coolant is blue?
