Just A couple of random questions
Hi all guys an girls!!
Hope everyone is ok?!!!
If possible I would be very greatful if someone could help me on the following questions.
I have a 05 widetrack sti ppp which is amazing!!!! I was wondering what is the best oil to go for? Its got 45k on the clock and only mod is ppp. Also is it best to get a genuine filter?
Also I have a little niggle, inside the rear doors on the arch where the extra bumper trim runs down for the widetrack I have a couple of very small rust bubbles appearing? Is this a common thing as it looks like a natural water trap? I know the car hasn't had any accidents so can't be poorly repaired. Just wondered if this is normal on cars of this age? Bearing in mind she has been looked after but she is 8 years old.
Also is it just me but you know the little lights inside the buttons for air con and heated rear window are so hard to see if they are on whilst driving?!!!
I had a 51 plate wrx before and the same with that!! Crazy!!!!! Lol
Well thanks so much for reading this and welcome any advice.
Thanks again
Kev

Hi mate thanks so much for the answers,
The rust is just a couple of tiny bubbles when the door is open down the sort of sill bit of that makes sense? Near where the door catch is but obviously next to the plastic trim on the bumper extension. Hopefully won't be bad underneath?? Lol although it looks to me like surface rust as the water is trapped from the top? Although I'm not a body shop I couldn't say for definate. Is it common though?
Also I did wonder about upgrading the lights so nice one cheers matey.
Thanks again
Kev
