A good 10/40 like millers/motul.
Yes super unleaded would be the best option

Millers fully synthetic 10-40 or any other good quality fully synthetic with subaru oil filter and Vpower petrol.

As Turbotits said, don't use flush - there will be detergents left once you've drained it out and this won't help the fresh oil you're putting in! Millers is the daddy of oils. Ok, the marketing isn't as pro as the likes of Castrol but they spend the money where it counts and their competition oils really are hard to beat.

As for the 95/98 RON argument it's not a major problem if you're just doddering around in town or on the motorway. I do find the 98 to run smoother at low revs, but if you're giving it some stick the big benefit is that the 98 gives better burn, reduces pre-det, and just generally works better. Try out some different fuels though as I find Shell Nitro to be rough running below 3k RPM compared to Tesco Momentum on a standard '03 WRX engine. That, and Tesco is about 5ppl cheaper up this way!
