Default random misfire help please??

Hi guys,
I have a classic running 315bhp, I'll give the spec below, and it drives fine usually but as its warming up it develops a horrible misfire/hesitation.
I've changed coil packs, plugs, crank sensor & compression tested it but I just can't find a fault.
Its running lateral modified injectors, a 99 spec map sensor, maf less setup with an ESL daughter board.
Mapped by Duncan @ race dynamix about 1 month ago & was fine then.
Only running 1.2 bar & this misfire happens at any point in the rev range. Mainly just as its coming under load.
if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I'm getting fed up & considering selling the bloody thing!
Cheers guys,
James

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but have you had a specialist take a look at it?

No, haven't had any one else look at it yet, that will probably be pretty soon..
I am a mechanic & its at a workshop where I have pretty much everything I needed, but its annoying because it seems so intermittent.
Plugs fitted are PRF7B's as recommended my Duncan. Can't remember what I gapped them to to be honest but they were pretty much already at the gap I was going for from the box.
