Hi Rob
External wategate on the headers not sure if I would use this, just due yours existing turbo is already internally gated plus looking like they're OE headers with external no name wastegate
Yours existing headers are OK and should be OK up to 400bhp,yours existing turbo(VF30) using bigger exhaust housing(P18) and due this can be laggier than any other VF,but VF34 using same exhaust housing and making nice power plus have nice spool, but this can be with VF34 is roller bearing turbo
I wouldn't buy those headers, you have already great headers,if you want improve spool,Harvey Up pipe is way to go(Speak to Alyn@AS Performance)

As Jura said, they are just standard headers with the external gate welded on.
so unless your planning on a new turbo etc, i wouldnt bother.
might be better off porting what you already have and saving some cash
