Default MAF problems

Hi all
New to the scooby world and this forum i am not sure if this has already been answered or not. If so i say sorry and ask to be pointed in the right direction.
I have a 95 legacy GT twin turbo import. Usual fault code 23 came up on EML. But the MAF sensor has now been replaced with a brand new one and also double checked with a second brand new one. but still code 23 comes back. My local scoob dealer apparently has checked this out and could not find what the issue was.

So.... Where would anyone recommend i start looking for the solution?

I am presuming the dealer reset it when they were trying to find the problem. But if not a have had the battery of for a day anyways. And thought that would reset it?

If you have tried 2 new ones and still the same, must be a wiring issue.

Any common area of the loom that goes? Or is it a case of just picking through it?

End of plug, or possibly where it runs along the chassis leg beside the turbo, ive seen wiring melted down there before.

Cheers for your pointers Jay. Will have a good look along the harness and see what i come up with. Just a thought tho. Where do the wires end up at. Would it be possible to feed a set of new ones from the plug on the MAF sensor to wherever they go?
