How old are your spark plugs as I had this problem when my plugs went down and it seemed like something major as the car wouldn't even drive ,,,might be worth a quick clean to see if it helps as mine had done less than 1000miles

Are you running that lot on a standard OEM JECS ECU? or did I miss something?

Mate, I have to agree with 53.
I've seen this SO many times before - people bang on a load of mods, then all of a sudden the car runs badly, overfuels, and eventually because the owner doesn't get it mapped, goes bang or something else expensive breaks.
2 guys on our local club chose to go this way because they didn't think it was a good use of their money - and a few months later ended up with big repair bills or having to replace parts which could all have been avoided by getting the car mapped. One of them lost his engine which he'd spent hundreds on with a mate doing it up, but never thought to spend money on the most important part of the car!

Don't kid yourself that a map is a big price to pay - a £3k bill to take your old engine out and put a second hand one in IS!

Speak to Simon (JGM), get it mapped, it will run a whole heap better and you remove the risk of detonation, overfuelling etc.
Your FMIC, the bigger turbo, the FPR, etc if not setup properly is just an accident waiting to happen as far as your engine is concerned.

There are plenty of options for you, ESL is probably the one to go for IIRC - friend has a version 1 running it and he's well happy with it.
