Hello scooby net

Bought my first subaru only a baby 2.0 sport wagon 52 plate! Not anything special up against to all your monsters I have been reading about!

Is there much I can do/get for it to make it quicker, ride,suspension or anything I should look out for on the engine that you no/known to go!

It came with a set of 18's but were really tatty so got a set of 17's for it (standard subaru wheels)

Are these turbocharged or not? Without the turbo there isn't a great deal that can be done without swapping everything out for a WRX / STi engine unfortunately.

 

No not turbo charged!! Owel just something to tootle about in then!!

 

Yeah you're pretty much restricted to decatting the exhaust and getting a decent panel filter AFAIK, and I doubt those will give noticable power increases.

 

Panel filter and backbox really, don't bother aiming for power.

Go for handling mods like STI suspension and a decent rear anti roll bar.

Then get some brakes like the subaru 4 pots.

Tubbytommy, been reading other posts and have seen your first 1 to suggest roof vents and stickers!! Can you point me in the right direction on obtaining these items

Also l see you love your dump valve questions if I got an air compressor or some kinda thing and pressed it everytime I changed gear would that be cool!!!!
