Default What boost PSI should I have? 96 GTB TT

Hi, I am new to these scooby forums. Hopefully I can solve my problems here and help with others.

So I've got a 1996 GTB Legacy with an EJ20TT engine, all factory apart from the wheels.

The boost has not been running as well as I thought it should, I put a boost gauge in to see what PSI it was putting in, it is showing 3-4 PSI on both rev ranges, (primary and secondary boost stages)

What PSI should there be when boosting in both primary and secondary stages?
Its at -10 PSI when at idle
I can hear a small hiss somewhere in engine, i think it is sucking/pushing air somewhere

Any help Would be appreciated
