Well I know my friends type r we had the turbo and exhaust off in under an hour And it took us 15 mins to change the injectors with the 2 of us, 1 either side, its the cleaning and aligning back up when going back on when working on the floor that takes the time, up on ramps up in the air it would be pretty straight forward for a good garage, probably around 2-3 hours start to finish garage dependant if its a straight forward swap and no fettling is needed

My friend if you feel that the company that your going to use is going to rip you off then you have doubts so really you should be looking for company's that get good feedback from there customers, you need to be able to trust whoever is going to be doing the work for you otherwise why are you going to be taking your car there in the first place.SJ.
