Sparkplug tools!
Is there a proper tool for changing plugs? I've got an assortment of extensions that will do the job, but it's a PITA changing back and forth from 3/8" to 1/2" and back again as the plug gets tighter and the ratchet won't reach the socket!
Thanks in advance, Adam.

The whole thing is about 6" long and is slipped over the spark plug before the ratchet is attached. Works well.

That's the sort of thing I'm after, don't suppose it has a part/tool number? I seem to be doing Impreza plugs at least once a week now (thankfully not on the same car!) so would be worth investing in the proper job.

The tool is actually 13cm so only a little over 5" and not 6" as I mentioned previously.
There is no makers stamp on the tool. It is stamped SP LT-492. I did a quick check online but couldn't come up with anything. I assume the SP is a spark plug reference. Perhaps you or some of the guys on here can come up with a supplier from the stamping on the tool. Either way, let me know how you get on. Good luck!

O.K. first and foremost you are a PITA as I had to move 3 cars to get into my garage to get the tool and it is snowing where I am!
