i have a 2001 bugeye wrx i have bought a decat up pipe problem is my center section is too long as someone has welded a flange to make it fit the performance back box has any one got any ideas as every centre section i look at is miles to long ? thanks

 

The decat up-pipe will not be affected at all buy the exhaust centre section.

 

I think you mean Downpipe?

 

i dont think im gettin my prob accross the measurment of my centre pipe is 34 inch in length and about 4 inch too long and what i keep lookin at to buy are 126 cm or 50 inch in length !! i need a smaller centre section but cant find one !!

Some aftermarket full systems put the flanges anywhere so you can only use sections from that system. Your best bet is to go to exhausts UK in Sheffield, they will do bespoke alterations to any system while you wait. Top guys with reasonable prices.

 

No problem, have you thought about ebay for the full system, I just paid 130 delivered for the lot, that's from turbo back over.

 

Didn't think about this before but Iv got a full decat system I can sell you if you're interested. Divorced decat downpipe with Cobra centre & rear sections. £120 the lot plus post or you can collect from Nottingham.
