Default still not starting

hi guys back again.still not starting driveing me nuts,long story just replaced bottom end block ect on my type uk bugeye sti.used new cossmetic head gaskets and cam belt ect.and it wont fire up.ive used the propper crank sprockets and cam pullies the ones that were on my old engine.ive trid changing the cam and crank sensors its getting fuel checked the plugs ect,the engine was starting ok before the bottom end went.it some times tries to fire up some times.ive checked the cam timeing over and over spot on.he only thing ive noticed is the spark is weak.checked all the connections every where all seem to be ok where iam i going wrong lads .ive rebuilt 2 ej20 engines before and never had this problem before sorry about the rantbut getting no where

Check all the pick up point on the crankshaft sprocket. Make sure one is not damaged

dont know how i would be damaged mate i just pulled it off my old crank shaft with out any problem no hamering ect just pulled it off with my hands and slipped it straight onto other crankshaft as i say the engine was running fine before bottom end went

Have seen them damaged in past. Have you compression tested it. I also had one that had a dodgy pin in the 2 connector blocks behind the battery. When connected it pushed the pin out of the block and would not run.

that sounds lik.cheers matee a idea mate about the block i will give that a go mate it could be some thing like that
