Default sti problem please help

hello all just a quick question i have a wrx bugeye with a sti engine fitted i have noticed it a bit jumpy when driving it slow below 3000 rpm i have just changed all the plugs seams the same ,any ideas cheers

Theres so many issues it could have. Especially with a different engine. Could be as simple as the wrong ecu fitted now. You need to go through exactly what you've got and make sure it all matches the ecu it's running.

For example - has the car got avcs on the engine and is the ecu set up for avcs?

it should be ok because it was fine for 9 months it just started doing this

You tried anything else? Start with the basics like fault codes and checking for air leaks. Then Confirm some of the sensors are working like the o2 sensors, air flow meter, throttle sensor, coolant sensor, map sensor etc. And confirming by testing is cheaper than replacing.

If the cars running the WRX ecu the avcs wont be working as posted above, Have the AVCS oil feeds been blocked off as i think they need to be.
