its a pity about the fuel consumption - i find myself driving less......

but i'm not selling just yet - but when I look at new cars the first thing I look at is the
consumption figures !!!!!!!!!!!

Its a real shame i have a cousin with a clio 172 that does 35 mpg around town.

turbo 4x4 = less pennys

Your cousin must have a diesel disguised as a petrol as a 172 won't get 35mpg at 75mph let alone in town, you're talking low 20's in a Clio on the urban cycle so where as it may seem cheaper its not going to be that much unless you do a lot of motorway driving.
