Default Battery Draining

Hello there the battery on my 97 type r is draining completely flat over the space of roughly 2-3 days, this has just started over the last 2-3 weeks is there any common faults or problems that i could check to cancel a few things out myself before i send it to an auto electrician, we done a rough test with an volt reader we have at home when its running with lights and heater going it seems to be reading around 14.6 and when the car is stopped it seems to be around 13.6, is it possible the alarm on the car could drain it? any test or ideas would be greatly appreciated at this stage nothing as annoying as a flat battery.

Thanks Ryan
