Default ARP head stud instructions

Hi,

I bought a set of 2nd hand ARP head studs but they didn't come with the instructions, does anyone have a copy please or know the procedure?

That's great thanks I guess step 6 with the standard ARP lube is 70lbft because it's either the same as moly slip or re-badged moly slip? My mate has ordered the ARP lube.
