Default Arp head stud and nut torque settings

Anyone no what the torque settings are

i torque most of them down to 85 ft lbs ( same as cosworth )

i do 35 , 65 then 85 , arp may differ but ive always done them this way

After both,setting for the stud into head and then the nuts??

Is that for both the studs and for nuts once the heads are in place?

Nuts only mate. The instructions tell you how to make sure the stud is in the correct spot so they are not hitting off the cams as they are turning lol

As said 1st 30lb/ft, 2nd stage 60lb/ft and 3rd stage 90lb/ft in the correct factory sequence

The studs are to be screwed in hand tight only but suggest you run a tap down the holes to clean the threads up first.

So studs,whack them in hand tight and nip them up then torque the nuts as said above.

Yes that's it. Just remember to lubricate the threads prior to fitting the nuts With mollyslip grease
