Red face Running Rich!!!

Hello, i've just come back from mot and the guy told me she is running extremly rich on fuel and that i need to get it tunned?

Any idea how I can do this?

In standard form there pretty rich anyway. Did it fail the mot? If so what readings did it give?

Are you using a lot of fuel too then?
Mine was and it failed mot on extremely high emissions.
Just needed a new lambda sensor. Though, I had to go to 3 garages before I found one with the right equipment to run a diagnostic.

My bugs the same but only since the de-cat, deffinatley had no mods??

I do 110ish miles to a full tank! That is tidy driving and she does back fires a few times too!

110 **** that!!!! I get around 280-300 miles to a full tank stock bug WRX. Something defo wrong with yours

just cos its using alot of fuel doesn't mean its running rich. if the afr is wrong may be running to much fuel low revs, but then not enough and leaning out top end of the revs, the devil is in the detail.

get it on a dyno and see whats going on
