Default what will happen?

hey everyone, does any body know if its ok to remove this pipe to change the hose clips, as there all rusty and look like cr*p my only concern is it goes into the brake servo

in the picture circled in the right side of the picture are the clips im questioning

Wont be a problem. No fluid etc in there. Just remove old clips and replace with new

ah okay thats good to hear worried i may have to then bleed the brakes :P

no not at all. Its a vacumn pipe for the servo. You may get at little pssst as the air is let out. If you pump the brake pedal with the engine off before you remove the pipe it will de-pressurise the servo. Dont really need to though. As soon as you start the engine it will re-vacumn. No bleeding etc needed
