Default spark plug gapping

gonna replace my plugs 2moro i have a set of ngk pfr6b,just want to know what gap they should be?

0.28-0.31mm for a turbo

pretty sure the above is wrong.
shouldnt you have pfr7b and 0.6mm

its a 04 wrx running 1.3 bar boost with 33k on the clock with a sti bottom end

yes i agree with tubbytommy,pfr7b,0.6-0.65mm gap

you could use pfr6b but with the slighter higher boost a colder plug would prob be better imo

will i be ok to use these till my next service? the plugs in it have been in a while so wanna get em changed asap and im taking the car to a mates 2moro to do it

yes mate cant see a problem doing that for now,would consider the 7,s as a upgrade

no they should be fine,use the 6,s if you have them and have a look at there condition when removed jan /feb.

just have a look to see it they have signs of overheating ,very doubtful at 1.3 bar,im running 6s at 1.4 bar one.

As above comments, if your car's not heavily modded 6's will be fine, and are fine for 300+ bhp.
Use 7's if you're aiming for a bit more power.

Gapping wise, it's 0.8mm for standard car, 0.7mm for light mods, or 0.65mm for a little more (which is apparently what Bob Rawle recommends).
I gap mine to 0.65mm. 0.6mm is a little OTT.

0.65 to 0.7 is the best & PFR7B is advisable on a modified car. This was recommended to me by Bob Rawle & is what most people run.
