Default Problems with type r

Hi all got a problem with my v3 type r. It has been stood for approx 6 months. In this time I've changed from a vf24 to a vf22 and exhaust and also just got a few parts powder Coated. I put it all back together and went for the first start and it fired up with the check engine light in. I let it tick over for about half hour whilst gave it a quick wash then took it down the road. About half a mile it cut out and wouldn't start. I had it towed back and whilst on tow it would fire by bump starting but when removed foot of throttle it cut out.

Since this I've replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, maf sensor spark plugs and alternator. It still won't start. It turns over but doesn't fire. I've tried a plug in a ht lead and it sparks fine and can hear fuel priming but still no go. I connected the wires under the dash to find any stores codes and only one was throttle position sensor which I changed and still nothing. Any ideas please.

It's a 1997 v3 type r 2.0 turbo. Only has front mound decat up pipe and decat down pipe with induction kit.

Help

Most of the codes also include the circuitry for said sensor. Chack out the connection and wiring for the TPS.

Hope you remapped after all those changes?

Try changing your Crank shaft sensor. If you have fuel, and a spark, then it's probably a timing problem.

if it were crank shaft sensor the ecu wouldnt fire the plugs or injectors

have you powder coated the inlet manifold? bad ground to engine now?

fmic pipe off? or leaking
