Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I have 2005 blob sti and the passenger side door seal has gone.. Not letting water in but really annoying noise when at high speed. Big thing is tho been quoted £726 for the new seal. Anyone help?

Yehhh problem is apparently you carnt put second hand used ones on either.. So bit stuck atm. Carnt pay that for a door seal

at £700+ i would be welding the door shut and running a bead of silicone around it

No , but 90% of door seals are the same grade for cars only ( pattern ) change
If you need to replace with new I would measure the distance go down the local scrap yard find a few roughly same lenth grade etc etc & go price match
Bit time consuming but I bet a )100 bill would make you a lot happier end of day

If its the seal that goes around half of the door its 107 plus vat

The noise at "high" speed is common, if it's not letting water by i would not worry to much.

yup turn the radio up or open the roof flap to drown it out

Manifold lamba, plus having upgrades put on so that's main reason it's off road
