Ok so ive been having probs with my boost creeping up since the new turbo and remap. There is no pill fitted which i think is the culprit. So ive got a couple of welding tips, do i just drill the adequete size hole and insert it into a bleed hose?? If so wht size hole do you think? Its a uk turbo my00 td05 ecutek map, 2 port boost controller t.pieced running 20psi.

hi buddy i have a similer spec ,

i think the problem is your 2 port ,try a 3 port

when i had mine done at zen they said to get a 3 port as the 2 port spikes and can,t control the air as good as a 3 port

and mines been running fine for the last mth

Didn't the mapper identify the problem when he mapped it?

You can get them from Import Car Parts... have a feeling the earlier ones had a slightly larger diameter bore but the Newage ones are 1.2mm stock and 1mm with the PPP pack... fitted a 1mm one to mine after I mapped it as I had some waste gate creep too - all sorted after fitting.
