Default ignition timing slip ?

Can the timing slip on the subaru ?

Mine wont start

Its a new engine, been up to temperature a few times, and was going for its mot. I stalled it on the drive and now wont start.

It fas fuel pressure at 2.8 Bar
injectors are pulsing
changed cam and crank sensor.

Compression is ok on 1 pot anyway.

Can the ignition slip ?
