Hi all,

Just looking at tackling my spark plugs for the first time. I'm also wanting to upgrade them as the car is fairly modded now, running 346 BHP. Can anyone recommend the best plugs for my use? Also what gap is needed on the plug tip? Lastly what tools will I need, I only have a basic socket set.

I would go with NGK PFR7b and gap depends how much boost you are running,but usually 0.65-0.7

I'll check the boost tonight, not really glanced at the boost gauge since the remap. A few people have told me its a bit of a pig to do but the drivers side at least looks fairly good for access now my air box has gone.

I have a set of NGK BKR7EIX which are the iridium equivelent of PFR7B, brand new, unopened in the box of 4 if you're interested. I bought 2 sets and am still using the first set. They cost just over £28 + postage for 4 You can have them for £22 posted. I can gap them to 0.65mm if you want. Let me know?
