Hi i have a subaru wrx 2006. I was driving it yesterday and it just cut out on me. It wont start, the car turns over but wont fire up seems like an electrical fault. When i turn the ignition on i cant hear the fuel pump priming and the main fan for the radiator is constantly on.

And sugestions please!!!

cam or crank sensors are common faults and would cause the car not to start, you need a laptop and lead or code reader to narrow it down really.

Had that happen to mine a few weeks ago. Couldnt find a fault. Suspect alarm immobiliser malfunction or poor connection joint somwhere. ( search for my thread )

Mine refused to start now and then when warm and cut out twice. The fault it showed was PO335 crank position A.

Fitted a new crank sensor and no more issues. Happy days

Ive tried changing the relays in the engine bay and under the steering wheel. Also the fuses. But still no sound from the fuel pump and the radiator fan is constantly on. Please help!!! Many thanks
