Well for starters you need a remap anyway if youve changed your Turbo, your new setup is more than likely pissing off your ecu, your IAM is probably down which is effecting the map. IMO

You might well need to adjust your initial wastegate duty as it will help get your boost up.
I have a vf24 in my bugeye running OSD with LC and at 4500rpm am getting around 7-8psi, dont need any more as it tries to break traction as it is.

I dont quite follow why you cant talk to your mapper but the map needs changing to make the launch control slightly more agressive with that turbo as the boost threshold for the turbo is a lot more than with the std vf35, it is possible to do it with the non ecutek software tools

Failing that, a 'proper' ecu such as Alcatek or Syvecs will give a full on launch control rather than just a rev limit delta for when stationary as with the OS maps. Are you using the car for 1/4 miles ?
