Default lambda and maf readings

my 93 wrx has been feeling a bit flat lately and using bit more fuel than normal, getting some nice pops and bangs though.
have got some readings from the maf and lambda and wanted to see what advice people have on here.car was fully warm and fan had cut in when readings taken
lambda:3 wires were 13.59v/0.1v/0.08-1.20v from the signal wire.
maf:green label one 1.08v/0.00v/0.01v/13.50v
have had no cel lights on and no codes stored.i am thinking might be lambda on way out or the dreaded maf.
any advice would be gratefully recieved.cheers

the signal wire goes from 0.08 up to 1.20 which i think is way more than it should read (thought they were 0.1 to 0.9v ???)it goes either low and sits there or really high and stays there for a while.
