Default Spark plug advice

Hi all,
I'm running about 450BHP on a 96 STI fully forged CDB FMIC etc. It runs on VPower with 20% Meth,I'm still using NGK PFR 7B plugs. Should I use a different plug now or are these OK at that level?
Thanks, Richard.

He means 7b which is short for the plugs your using, the 8's are just the next rating for even higher power engines, but as mentioned the 7b's/pfr7b your using are spot on

8 is a colder plug.

Use it if you get det problems. But be aware it can cause carbon fouling which in itself can cause det (when the carbon glows red under hard use).

So; if it ain't broke; don't fix.

I wouldn't recommend 8's, had to remove them from my classic in the end as they never ran right ... put 7's in after that which were fine.
