Default Subaru service oil???

Hi all.

On my Subaru 2001 bug, on the service history it say oil is helix+, what is this? Semi/full/grade?

I recently upgraded to cat back decatted exhaust and mapped by dunc running g just over 260 bhp.

Oil is due in July, what oil should I look at or stick with helix+???

Is it 5/30 grade at the dealer and is it semi or full?

Thanks in advance!!!

Searching shell helix can be semi or full? Ultra is full so is plus semi?

Also does anyone know what grade it is recommended by Subaru and used and does it change dealer to dealer?

From a personal perspective i wouldnt use a 30 weight. 40 for a road car and maybe 50 on a track car. I use 40 for both and never see overly high temps
