Default Baking paint?

I've been spraying some small mild steel parts (with rattle cans. 2 coats primer - 2 coats satin black).

These parts would fit nicely in my domestic oven ...

Does anybody know for how long, and at what temp I should bake them for?

And does baking make rattle-can paint dry harder?

I don't want to risk my pies tasting of paint for nothing

I tried one piece at 80 degrees for 30 minutes ... smells ok a bit 'painty' ... I wonder if its 'done'
