My sti scoop seems to be acting like a parachute at motorway speeds. Bounces around no end and looks as tho it's gonna rip the Bonnet up. Is this normal on blobs? Anyone else have this experience?

Normal, its when you see your bonnet lift a little you really start worrying

Buy a carbon bonnet and then worry as it flaps like a demented chicken..........

its normal on blob sti's its due to the bonnet being made of ally in order to save weight...

I did guess it was because of the ally bonnet. However when travellling at motorway speed it does make your chocolate starfish twitch when you see it bouncing around like "a demented chicken".
Thanks for the replys, I can now cruise at ease. oh and while we are on the subject of blob sti, why did I see 5 blobs heading south on the m11 towards London. Is there something on this weekend that I'm missing.

I see that, but I wasn't concerned about that as it won't smash through my windscreen and kill me, it would only effect the person behind me, and that aint an issue coz they are normally too close up my **** tyring to force a dual out of me anyway do they deserve it.
