Going OUT of my mind trying to find out what these injectors are !!!
Hi guys,
I dont normally venture into the world of scooby's but Im having a some real problems and i wanted to appeal to your community to see if you can help me out
I bought what i thought were Nismo 555cc injectors for my Nissan 200sx however when i got them, they didnt fit the standard S14 injector loom, the spray pattern is different to nismos as is the injector number
I've had a little bit of a google and im starting to wonder if they are scoobie injectors, im starting to have no god damn clue. but alot of people are pointing me in this direction, so thought i'd come over and say hello.. and HELP
I think i will have them flow tested and cleaned, BUT i still need to find out what they are ... ????
So the numbers on the injectors are:
(the number for Nismo's are A46Z00, so similar)
A46-00
3825
5
0020
On the black bit it says, "made in japan"
looking at each injector I see
"made in japan A1"
"made in japan A3"
"made in japan A3"
"made in japan A6"
Here are some pictures:
so anyone got any ideas???

Hi guys,
thanks for the messages, really apprciate it.
440cc isn't anywhere near the 550cc they are suppose to be. A flow check would confirm but it hasnt looked good.
Many thanks for all the help !

Yeah think your right, flowing with a print out is going to be the only way to confirm.
could you tell me what ££ they go for? Standard and reworked?
Cheers

they are just odd aint they?
I cant figure them out. 555 nismo's are yellow, 740s are red (i think)
Only way to know is to flow test them, but until i know what they are, i cant really advise what plugs are needed to run them

I thought 440cc were the only yellow injectors too, but there was a thread up a week or more ago with a guy selling 555cc yellows, and someone put this link up.

They look similar to yours.

A lot of the japanese cars shared the same parts, so I`d imagine that they will work. But cleaning and flow checking would be a good start, atleast you`ll know what impedance they are and also what flow they are.

They do look like Phase 2 440cc, normally the modded ones ie reflowed have a plastic pintle cap to atomise the fuel.
I know nothing about Nissans however i sold a mate some Impreza phase 2 440cc for his S13 and they fitted no bother.
