If it's only slight it should be fine as the oil feed is restricted by the banjo bolt anyway. On my turbo which is a vf35 it is restricted by a single 1mm hole in the bolt.

Considering the turbo spins at approx 20,000 rpm at tickover and anything up to 150,000 rpm full chat, it would be prudent to check the kink in the pipe is not restricting the oil supply to the CHRA of the turbo regardless of the banjo bolt restrictor (if fitted).

I was advised never to use a (even slightly) kinked oil supply line.
The yellowish coating (cadmiumplating) on the inside (and on the outside, but that is not the problem)can come loose, and a small flake can clog up the oil restriction in the banjo.
