I'm not aware of any write ups, but it is quite straight-forward albeit time consuming.
You'll need a cross-head screw driver, 10mm (and possibly 12mm) deep socket, long extension bar and plenty of brute force
While you have the glove box out it is worth cleaning/changing the polle filter as it sits behind the glove box in the blower motor
First time I did one I just un-did everything I could find and started pulling to find the bolts I'd missed.
Remember when you swap over the ducting for the vents - take a picture or build it up on the ground as you take it apart -it's a jigsaw to put back together
