Default What plugs

Hi, What plugs should i be looking at?
02 sti running 320 bhp but going for another map soon after losing centre cat.

If your car is going to be running less than 400 bhp then the NGK PFR7b should be your choice. I have just changed my oe pfr6b's recently due to running more than std power.

Whats the difference between these and PFR7b? or is it a typo?

PFR7G are a better plug,and are cooler running than 6s
