Default could my dump valve cause this issue?

iv ruled out bad fuel as i use the same station every week and the problem only does this now and again, when i rev the car up the revs slowly in 2nd when it hits 4k upwards it jerks but if i was to put my foot to the floor from low down the revs in 2nd and keep it floored it will rev right out fine and go through the gears fine

could my dump valve cause boost issues?

Try that.
Also suspect plugs/plug leads.

Changing plugs CAN cause damage to plug leads..........

Have you emailed/called Bob? I had a couple niggles after my car was mapped and although nothing to do with his mapping expertise, he took the time to reply several emails which eventually sourced the issue through process of ellimination

How do you KNOW the leads are good? How did you test them?
