Default Intake Mods.

Has anyone modded their standard intake set up by keeping the cold air feed and putting it straight to the air cleaner etc. Im wanting the sound of the turbo whizz as i have had on previous turbo cars. I can hear it from inside the car at certain rpms, but i would like the induction whizz turbine sound.

Best way to hear that would be to fit a free flowing air filter like a K&N. Induction kit would be even better!

Ive no intention of fitting an induction kit. I was thinking a straight passage from the intake scoop to the airfilter and bypass the resonator that sits inside the drivers front wing.

The oil from the filter goes on to the maf and it can't read properly causing extra fuel to be dumped and the engine to pull timing.
