Default Is it really true

that I need a mechanic to change the front drivers side-light in my bugeye wagon??
looks like i'd need to take half the engine out to get at it!
Someone please tell me i'm being an idiot and there's an easy way to access it

Not sure about yours but on a Blobeye you have to remove the headlight.

As above you need remove only headlight out nothing more,you don't need remove anything else(yes grill too)

think i done mine with just a screwdriver bit and turned it with a spanner mine are hid,s very fidderly

Flat screwdriver to remove grille then 10mm socket to remove the headlight bolts, top and center then the headlight pulld out.

I changed mine not long ago on my bugeye not as bad as I thought just be patient. Be careful you don't snap the clips on the grill.

Why do Subaru design things like this??? oh I know why so garages can charge people an hours labour to change a side light bulb!!!!

Just wish you don't have Ford and there change sidelights.Its not hard to change lights on Subaru,are worse cars where you must unscrew bumper or remove wheel and then change light bulb
