Default Mapping with no mods

Hi guys,
I've noticed on the Racedynamix Facebook group it mentions that the 06 Hawk WRX can be mapped for more power without any other mods (a bit like Bluefin I should imagine). Has anyone had it done or could someone tell me the increase in bhp and more specifically torque.
Cheers,
Andy

I would imagine every model would glean more BHP/torque due to the middle of the road map from the factory.

One of my mates last week had jolly green monster remap his 330s.The results were 308 bhp to begin with, then 348 after.
I can't remember what his torque figures were but he is over the moon with the result. The car is totally standard.

In my experience, you will get the same drive (torque) as you would get if you dropped down one gear.
That's my seat of the pants feeling on a remap done on an 06 2.5 STI PPP with no mods.

The 2.5`s do get a nice chunk of torque added once remapped regardless of mods

Have a look at the test mule thread in my signature. I mapped my std WRX Hawkeye for exactly that as standard with no mods. Gives you a run through at the beginning as to what I gained with each change in terms of tune.

I don't generally charge fuel/travel unless exceptional circumstances. Am up in Skegness mapping on the 18th if good for you.

Bit too early for me, but thanks. I'm asking John at CDR Motorsport if he'd service it and put a Scorpion catback around May time. Then I'd be up for the remap.
Do you do it on the road then?
Cheers,
Andy
