Mazola 100% fully unsynthetic, triple ester corn oil.

Millers CFS 10w 40 or 10w 50 if you like to drive hard.

If it's a standard car and doesn't get driven hard (is there such a thing?!) then semi is fine otherwise I would probably opt for fully synthetic.
