Default Engine Oil

Hi People

Quick question, which Millers engine oil would you suggest for a 2007 2.5 hawkeye with 23,000 miles running at around 340bhp?

Thank You

If you like to use the 340 horses 10w50 is also an option.

No offence to the folk on here, but why not ask Millers? I'm sure they'll know which to use.

Fuchs Silkolene Pro S, 5W 40 Ester Synthetic.

Although, I may try 10W 50 in the summer.

No need Iggy, 40 weight is ample for our summer, unless your moving to Arizona? I believe 5w40 runs cooler than 10w50 anyway!
