Default Classic mods and remap

Afternoon guys. I have been looking at the forum for a few days, very informative!! Just wondered if anyone could give me advice on my classic in relation to remap and anything else that needs to be done.
Its a year 2000 UK Turbo 2000. I've had the car just over a year now and love it. It's got 68K on the clock with full service history. Since i've had it i've put on a decat downpipe, Green panel filter, got rid of the snorkel so it breaths cold air from the wing. Also has a scorpion back box.
1st, Do i need to do anything else before a remap?
2nd, Where to get it done and what price?
I live near Chesterfield and don't really want to travel miles and miles.
Your advice would be very much appreciated

a uprated fule pump wouldnt go a miss there dude and ps you standard air box is better then a cone filter at the level you are looking for just get a good panle filter in there and stay of the boost until you remap ps is decated all the way as thats the best thing to do

yes it may well do as if you decated then the turbo can maske more boost and run the car lean i belive and you may also get det which can cuase melted pistons broken rods , head gasket failure get it mapped asap i dont think duncan graham does ecutek for the classic but jolly green monster does so maybe worth giving him a ring

Thanks guys. Simon says he can do it, either road map or rolling road. What do you think is best?

I include either dyno time or my travel in the price.

Due to your location I would use scoobyclinics dyno and just book you in when I am next there

Well guys, just had Simon do the remap this evening. What a top bloke. Can't believe the difference. Scoob just pulls and pulls. Told the missus that's it now, no more mods. (Toes crossed at the time so it doesn't count). At least i'm not spending thousands hitting a crappy white ball round a golf course. Thanks for everyones advice.
