Default Blitz BOV

Hi all

I have a Blitz BOV on my 1995 Impreza, can anyone advise if it will fit a V4 Impreza? Are they generic across the models providing its for a certain scooby i.e. Classic, Blobeye etc?

Cheers

Yes it will fit a V4 impreza, you may just need to change the supporting pipe that it connects to.

Errrrrrrrrr, to avoid overfuelling that VTA valves cause? And the borewash, possible valve damage, diluted oil, and possible cat damage that comes from overfuelling?

Is it recommended to have a recirc BOV on any classic regardless of year?

Just wondering what to use on my 97 RA.

"Never had a problem"..........as far as you know?

Look, guys, I'm not gonna get into an argument with you over it, it's your car, you use what you want, BUT:

What do Subaru fit?
What do Prodrive stick with?
What do any respected tuners advise?

If there was ANYTHING to be gained from a VTA valve, would the people above not fit them, or advise us to?

But no-one does.

And if they aren't compensated for during mapping, (and I remain to be convinced you can entirely compensate), then the problems above will DEFINITELY be there, whether you know it.........or not

Would a respected mapper like to comment?
JGM?
